When you sell lots that you have previously pre-lotted, the selling screen will
look like this. Once you type in the lot number you're selling, the software will
show you the description already on file for the item and the seller/consignor
already on file for this item. It will already know if the lot is taxable, in
which tax class and if it's subject to Buyer's Premium. All you'll need to enter
is the buyer number, quantity sold and unit price. The system will do the math
for you, of course. At the top of the screen, the program will display the last
few sales transactions you had already entered.
