Any time you need to sell a lot that had not been previously pre-lotted, the screen
will ask you for the information it doesn't already know, such as a brief description
of the lot. After you fill in the description, it will ask you for the seller/consignor
code, quantity sold, unit price, buyer, and whether it's taxable etc.
