• Import EbayLive bidders with sale data As soon as the auction is over, import all of the EbayLive successful bidders and automatically revise sales clerked to the temporary "Ebay" bid number with the real bidders.
• New fields for buyers alternate/shipping address, date of birth and Ebay UserId – Also in Mail System.
• New separate VIN# field Use for VIN/Serial numbers so that you can use the ID# for in house inventory tracking.
• New fine art fields Artist Full Name, Year Birth-Death, Nationality, Style/School, Title of piece, Medium, Size, Signature location, Provenance text, Condition report text.
• Description fields in any order When printing an invoice or catalogue, choose the order in which your individual data fields will appear: For example; VIN#, Year, Manufacturer, Model, Description or Lot Title, Artist, Nationality, Year Birth-Death, Description, Estimate/Appraisal.
• Pictures Up to 7 picture files per lot for Excel/ASCII import and export
• Import Additions ASCII file import into Inventory: You can now import data into any field used in Inventory file, as long as the header row contains the proper field name.
• Enter expenses in Inventory You can store expenses on Inventory items before you’re ready to send them to an auction.
• Pull consignors from Inventory into an Auction at any time, even if the consignor has no items in Inventory.
• New tabbed data entry screens organizes related data fields together. All of the vehicle/equipment fields are together in one tab and all of the fine art/antique fields are together in another.
• Display lot details with multiple pictures in Online Auction Pop up a separate screen for an individual lot with full details and pictures. Bid on the lot right from this screen.
• Set bid opening dates and times in Online Auction Open the auction for browsing and registration, with bidding set to open on each lot according to your schedule.
• Zipfirst data entry County field has been added to automatically fill in with zipfirst data entry.
• Consignor Payments you can now use laser checks in Quickbooks format.
• Deleting Inventory records delete records by consignor or range of auction dates and purchase price.
• Auctioneer’s Screen This "command center" displays all of the key information about the lot you’re selling, including any bids you’ve already received. From here you can see the reserves, special seller commission arrangements, even your phone bidders. When using our Picture Presentation feature, you can control when to move to the next lot, or even jump around out of order. By popular request, we’ve rebuilt this screen so that you can decide what you need to see and hide the rest. You can even see the lot picture right on this display.
• Spell Check Spell check the descriptions of the entire lot or inventory file at once, instead of one lot at a time. You can even spell check the Notes, Provenance and Condition Report text.
• CUS in living color If you’re tired of those dull gray and beige screens, choose a color scheme that suits your personality. How about some bright tropical colors or soft pastels? Best of all, each user gets to choose individually!
