Urgent note about Microsoft Windows 10 Operating Systems!
Please note that we have NOT certified CUS to run in a Windows 10 operating system yet. We are still testing it and have some concerns that must be resolved first. They may be related to new Microsoft Security features in Windows 10 that would interfere with CUS.
For now, please do not install Windows 10 on a computer that runs CUS. Do not upgrade a Windows 7.0, 8.0 or 8.1 computer to Windows 10 yet, even if Microsoft makes it available to you on that computer.
If you’re buying a new computer, do not get Windows 10 installed on it now. You can get Windows 7.0 or 8.1 systems with the license to install Windows 10 later once we’ve finished our certification process.
Each time Microsoft releases a new operating system, we test if fully before we announce that it’s cleared for current CUS versions. We will publish that announcement here in an upcoming CUS Notes when the Windows 10 certification is completed. You’ll also see it in your opening CUS Notes message as you log into CUS.
If you have already upgraded a CUS computer to Windows 10 without taking to us, call us immediately to look at your system. Please contact techsupport@cus.com or call Steve at 954.680.6545 right away.
We will publish another CUS Notes issue very soon, with more information about this subject. We’ll also have a sneak preview of CUS Version 12.0 for 2016, so watch for it shortly.

Contacting Technical Support
Please send emails to techsupport@cus.com instead of an individual email address. Other CUS consultants will see the question and be able to help you if the person you tried to reach is not available. If you don’t get an answer to your emailed question in a day or two, follow up by calling to our office at 954.680.6545. Your email might have been trapped by a spam or junk filter and blocked.
Of course, if you have an emergency, don’t rely on email at all. Call us right away at 954.680.6545 (all hours). If you reach our automated recording, choose extension 501 for emergency support. You’ll be transferred right away to the consultant on call.
Technical Support via Remote Access
If you need technical support but aren’t comfortable on a computer, we can help. With your permission, we’ll get the job done using an internet connection to let us log in remotely. We can troubleshoot most network issues, install CUS on your computer or do program updates from older CUS versions.
There’s a link to our live remote support from the CUS Version 9, 10 and 11 Support Centers at www.cus.com or from the Help Menu in your Version 8, 9, 10 or 11 CUS program. For older CUS versions, contact Steve to help you connect to CUS remote support. This is live real-time support, so you must make arrangements with us before connecting to have a consultant available for you.
